I’ve been to Carl’s Jr maybe once in my life 5 years ago. The humans were fine but I strongly dislike the AI Drive-Thru. I said I have an online order and it responded, “no problem! Take your time to look at the menu!” Smh count your days, you goofy lil robot. My waffle fries came with 7 waffle fries and my Santa Fe chicken sour bread had soggy bread. This is my first time having it so I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be. I had a coupon. The food wasn’t terrible but I can’t see myself paying this price for just-OK food.

Visited from Oklahoma. I had never been to a Carl's Jr before but it was DELICIOUSSSS. The place was super busy when I was there but the servers were still very kind. I witnessed a very inconsiderate customer that the staff handled with grace. 10/10!!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEIR ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE! I CAME ON FRIDAY 6/5/26 @ 4:02PM. I WAS HUNGRY SINCE I WAS AT THE HOSPITAL WITH MY WIFE. I CAME TO REDEEM THE BOGO BIG CARL AND HAD THE APP QR CODE, THE LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU SAID IN A MEAN TONE "YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT ONLINE" I TRIED EXPLAINING TO HER THAT THERE IS A QR CODE THAT SAYS REDEEM IN RESTAURANT. SHE SAID IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER "ONLY ONLINE". WELL I TOLD HER SHE HAD A SHEETY ATTITUDE AND LEFT. HORRIBLE PLACE!! IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE HER JOB SHE SHOULD QUIT!!

If your not in the drive thru you are not a priority. 15 minutes for a chicken club and jalapeno poppers. 7 cars were served while I waited. It was ridiculous
