Stopped at this location and received the worst service. I ordered a salad. When I asked for a fork (none out in the lobby), I was told that they had none. When I asked the cashier how I was supposed to eat the salad without one, the manager yelled over at me rudely shouted 'We don't have a fork, deal with it!' Instead of getting into an argument, I ate my food and waited to ask to speak to the 'manager'. I was told I couldn't because he was in the bathroom. The service is terrible you have to wait for a very long while for your food waiting for my food will be the last time because I'm never going back to this place why because they spit in my burger never offered me a refund or replacement with no spit have you ever received a burger that looked a little bit shiny or very drippy it's because they spit in your burger I didn't eat this I fed it to my dog no refund no replacement no nothing so I have contacted a lawyer and I'm going to be suing them terrible place I would not recommend anybody eating here unless you want to spit Burger

Recently I’ve been trying to order the brownie batter swirl and just this past time I was told that they “no longer have it” however I looked this up to confirm that information and it says it’s apart of the permanent menu and I have not seen anything about it being discontinued. So if it is temporarily out of stock than that’s ok but I think it’s very poor customer service to be dishonest about an item no longer being available if it’s only temporary just because you may be frustrated that customers keep attempting to order it. Plus employees at this location tend to have a problem putting th
