The spicy butter miso ramen was pure comfort in a bowl — rich and creamy. It’s more on the super mild side for me and adding the chili oil just adds that extra umami. My recent autistic hyper fixation of food has been Ramen. I’ve been visiting Vegas for a month during a work contract. I tried many different Ramen places around Vegas, I had Ramen almost every night. This place is my favorite of everyone I tried. Why? Mostly because they offer udon noodles, the texture and chewynrss of the noodles is so sastifying. The flavor and atmosphere price. Everything was all five stars, those noodles! thick and chewy. 🤤
