Skye TheBoss★I stopped going here years ago because this place is incredibly slow and gives out cold food all the time. I decided to try them again and waited 15 min after she told me to pull up and they would run it out to me just for them to not even get my order right when I WAS THE ONLY ORDER besides some dude waiting on a coffee. I tell the woman running the drive thru I want my money back and put the food they did give me back on the counter. She comes back with $6 when my total was just over $20 and then tries to say I didnt say that. HOW MUCH CLEARER DO I NEED TO BE WHEN I SAY I WANT MY MONEY BACK?
Heather Frey★We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Please close down this location so that we can have literally any other restaurant at this point because this location is an absolute joke and the staff here does not care at all. Standing around at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night with a line of cars… literally can see them just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I love Wendy’s and this is just super disappointing. We actually just gave up and decided to spend our money elsewhere.

The employee Ashleigh who took my order was very nice and polite and patient with me and really helped explain what all I could get with my order which was very very helpful,she needs a raise and a promotion because the manager was being very nasty and mean to the employee Ashleigh but Ashleigh stayed positive and professional.
Wilhuff Tarkin★I hate to dog on fast food restaurants because the job is hard enough already, but this location is consistently one of the worst locations. I get food here about once a month for a little over a year because it is convenient. Every. Single. Time. They mess something up. Usually in relationship to adding mayo where I always indicate I don't want it. Last night's adventure was me watching the cook make a jbc wrong, wrap it and hand it to the counter worker who clearly asked if it was what I ordered (no lettuce, tomato, mayo) which he confirmed.
