I wanted to try something different today after coming from the gym so I stoppped by Steak & Shake. The Garlic Double Cheesburger was very good. If you like garlic like I do, I would consider trying this burger. The fries were a bit salty but the banana shake was delicious and I will definitely come back to try different flavors.

Steak and shake food is so tasty but this location is horrible with food handling and service. Whoever was working at this time and date put together this order smeared ketchup and/or mayo on the burger box and then sent me a moldy burger as the first thing to bite into, just a shame. Take pride in your job. Manager do better to address these issues and hold your staff accountable. Owner your business would have a lot more business if your staff fulfilled their responsibilities.

I ordered a Nutella milkshake as I normally do and when I tasted the whipped cream while waiting on my food I unfortunately came to realize that my whipped cream tasted and smelled spoiled I kindly let the the lady at register know and she insisted there was no possible way it could be spoiled I repeatedly asked her just to smell it so she knew what I meant and she refused. So beware when getting milkshakes seeing as they don’t care if they’re giving out bad whipped cream. Walked in and place was a bit busy, not surprising. Floor was clean, nothing broken, and staff were nice. We ordered two cookie dough shakes and one cookies and cream shake. Very good price. However, someone ordered a big meal after us and received their order before us. Shakes were good, very creamy. Would recommend.
