We had a really disappointing experience last night at Wayback Burgers. To start off we ordered three cheesy burgers, two orders of fries, one order of chili fries and three drinks. We ordered at 6:13 PM and didn't receive our food until 6:40 PM, which seems like a long wait for a fast food restaurant. When our food was done, the cook forgot to make one burger (which he apologized for). My son and I ordered fries and they were cold. The fries are supposed to be seasoned and there was absolutely ZERO seasoning on the fries. My husband ordered chili fries and he said the chili was cold and burn

For me this place always has made to order fresh cooked food. There food comes hot and delicious. Also it has one of the best grilled chicken Ceasar salad. Made with romaine lettuce, parmesan chesse, croutons, and a slice of seasonal chicken. The salad comes in good portion and fresh. Place is usually clean and so are the bathroom. It's a nice place to go to.

Literally the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had! Would leave a photo but they were gone asap. Burger was perfect better than any fast food burger around. Delicious crispy toppings, pickles are great. Guy working was awesome too!

Even though they had a massive catering order, they placed my burger inline with that order so there were no delays. I was pleasantly surprised by them being my food to where I was sitting - right after I filled my fountain drink (just a few minutes later). Nice job and a great burger!
