The new sauna booking website is extremely poorly designed. I created a new account and, while I was clearly logged in, the system claimed there was no account associated with my username or password when I tried to make a reservation. Additionally, our friend arrived only 25 minutes late due to work obligations, yet he was charged for an extra full hour. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I would like to share my experience regarding an incident that happened in the sauna. A person entered the steam room and wanted to add water to the stones to create more steam. Two people sitting on the top bench said they did not want him to do that because they were already comfortable. He politely suggested that they move to a lower bench, where the temperature would be cooler. Both the first and second lower benches were available, while they were sitting on the third, highest bench, which is naturally the hottest place in the sauna. Had a great time here with friends. I'd only been to the ladies' spa before, so it was fun to be able to come with couples and friends Everyone was really nice and relaxed. There is a hot tub and cold plunge. 2 saunas, one hot and cold. The hats they sell really help the heat in the dry sauna. Our friends were regulars- we followed their routine of cycling and brought jugs of water like they told us. You get lockers and can lock things at the front desk, but you can bring a small lock for the lo jer to keep your things secure. You wear a swim suit and they supply sandals for you to wear wh
