April 12th at 330-4:00 ordered food for 4 people 2 kids and 2 adults was only 21$.. the first issue was not given back the right amount of cash back was 8 dollars short it was handled. Waited quite awhile just for us to watch them drop our food as it was comong out because the staff was joking the whole time didnt seemed concerned about their job, the MANager had her bf come and was kissing over the pay counter multiple times we where not compensated or even really made to feel good about the whole interaction one of the worst experiences we have had at a mc donalds, justin will be notified

While the drive through was packed, only one other party was in the restaurant. Ordered online through app, expecting to be ready as I placed order before driving up. Lengthy wait for small order, was apologized to. Got home to enjoy, my nugget sauce present but no nuggets! Went to enjoy my 1st Big Mac in years, bottom bun in middle, middle bun on bottom. Disappointed in all, more than 1 franchise in the area. Sidenote, was contacted by McDonald's to respond again, which was impossible due to not being given proper receipt. Best to not waste your time and get ripped off here, go somewhere else

This location regularly is out of freshly brewed coffee, so you need to pull forward and typically wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your order. And for the privilege of waiting, they charge 40% more than other McDonald's in the area.
