Looking forward to an Apple pie and a coffee, but the B rating stopped me before I drove into the parking lot. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with a B rating.

First of all I only order a fry and milk shake . Got the fries for free off app because I’m a loyal customer but return my one order of fries were soggg ice cold and rubbery . I already stood in line for 20 mins I wasn’t about to go back to do the same . I will neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr come back here . Manager is running around like a crew member . Light skin Caribbean girl . I visit this McDonald’s location almost every day, but unfortunately my experience today has made me decide not to return. Nearly every time I come in, I notice the manager speaking very rudely to both employees and customers. While she has not personally been rude to me, it creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment to witness so often. Today I ordered a chicken biscuit and specifically asked that the biscuit not be hard, because many times in the past the biscuits have been overly hard. The manager was extremely rude and stated that both restrooms were out of order, despite the fact that one of them was clearly being used by staff. This behavior is unacceptable and misleading. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding this employee’s conduct.
