I came here about a year ago and the experience was delightful. A year later and its totally different. One soda machine has been broken for about 6 months and the other one delivers flat soda. The only way to get one that isn't is to have the counter staff get you one from their machine. The manager on duty today, with multi-colored hair refused. I asked her if the soda out here was still flat and she said dismissively "I don't know!" ( It was!!) You would think with about a 80% reduction in the number of Hardee's restaurants in Fayetteville that the management would at least show some intere

I wish this place would go back to how it was 30 years ago, the older ladies would make sure the food was hot and fresh, now you stop by there and the people are rude, you go on the inside and the tables are dirty and sticky, food is not prepared properly, breakfast and lunch the food is burnt to a crisp like cmon now you know damn well nobody is eating that, the bathroom is nasty nothing is being sanitized, I remember being a teen coming to this place and the inside would be packed with old people now it's a ghost town

I am deeply unimpressed. I came through drive around 1:30pm on July 31, 2025, and they forgot my fries, were lack on the apology (like, "Yeah, that happened. It happens a lot"). Then I open the sandwich and see the photo. This experience was disappointing.

Store was nasty. A workers child sitting in there. A homeless man asleep in a booth. Drink machine was not cleaned even behind it. Floors were sticky. Needs complete overhaul or torn down. Staff hollering and rude. Last trip!
