“The staff was wonderful and the food great!!”

Never visit this location at night. Neighborhood kids play in the drive thru and kick balls between cars. The staff at night are honestly the rudest people I’ve ever seen at a drive thru. When I ordered my meal with a large Coke Zero and I got clearly something else the guy at the window gave me a look that said “ I don’t care here’s your drink”. During the day the staff is very friendly.

They made me wait for a simple 2 cheeseburger and medium fry by pulling up to the 2nd window. I waited an extra 20 minutes and they never even out the fries in the bag. Horrible service, tired of them always not putting food I paid for in the bag.

Not only did I waste over 30+ minutes, but I also lost money because of it. As an Uber driver, I get paid for completing deliveries, not for standing in line and being sent from one place to another. Your employee kept me waiting in line, and after all that time simply told me to go somewhere else and wait again. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for drivers’ time. If your business accepts Uber orders, then you need a proper system for handling delivery drivers. Create a separate pickup counter, a pickup window, or a designated area for drivers. Don’t make us

Waited 24 minutes in the outer lane of the drive thru while the inner lane of the drive thru was moving right along. The young staff here are rude and incompetent. This place is completely mismanaged and the food quality is mediocre at best. The McDonald’s on Horizon Blvd is far superior in service and food quality.
