I Love Charley’s cheesesteaks. When this location opened near my house, I was convinced that I was going to be their most consistent customer. The service here can be hit or miss. Same goes with food preparation sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s just OK, and sometimes it’s terrible. Today, March 24, 2026. I received terrible customer service and terrible food. I placed my order through the app so I could just come pick it up as take Away. I placed my order around 7:35PM and arrived at 7:55 PM. I eat here quite often, but it's definitely a hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches are full of meat and other times there's barely enough meat to cover the bread, this was the case the other day, unfortunately. Closest place for cheese steaks to me, so I'll still come in, but, please, try to be consistent. They also have a great managers special.

We went through the drive thru. Order was made correctly and tasted great. Our order was two cheesesteaks and some fries. would definitely recommend. As people who used to travel to Philadelphia we are always on the lookout for a good cheesesteak. For a chain they were not bad at all.

When there for the first time waiting inside for 40 minutes, no one notice even though the cook welcome me just 2 employee at lunch time got tire of waiting when to drive true they took 48 minutes to get my order... They are missing about 4 employees not coming back the food don't taste good is OK but not excellent
