I always always recommend Checkers for their chicken wings. They're the best tasting of any fast food restaurant, with that fry seasoning. But! If I order through the app during the day, there's no problem. If I order in the evening, they don't make them until I pull up, which adds another 10-15 minutes of wait time. It doesn't make sense to me, that's why I'm ordering through the app, to pick up, so I don't have to wait. I work at night, only have a 30 minute break, I place the order before leaving then pick up and still have time to enjoy. But the evening shift says they don't make the order

Multiple times I have been missing items on mobile orders with no way to contact the store for a refund. Today I was missing a whole milkshake but didn't realize it until I was already partway down the road and couldn't turn around and still be on time to my destination. I figured I could just report an issue in the app or send an email, but the only contact option is a phone number which doesn't pick up. I really wanted my milkshake but if I can't have that I'd at least like my $5 back.

I tried going through the drive thru line to pick up a DoorDash order and they told me to park and come to the pick up window which is fine, there was only 1 other person waiting on food so I didn’t think it would be a big deal to go through the drive thru but whatever. I’m CURRENTLY still waiting at the pick up window to even be greeted by someone, it’s been about 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous..
