We got the chicken Lo Mein and Mongolian beef and they were disgusting. The chicken and the beef didn't look right and the texture was not right. I am the least picky eater so it's gotta be bad if I didn't eat and had to leave a review.

I truefully do not understand how this place is still open! The quality and the taste of the meal is not great! Too much money for food that you have a hard time eating. I cannot recommend this place. I keep giving it another chance in hopes that it will get better but honestly the food only gets worse.

My experience at Bento Café Restaurant was absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and by far one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before visiting this place. From the moment we arrived, the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was shocking. My 12-year-old nephew, who has a special condition, politely asked for a kids’ menu. Instead of showing basic empathy or customer care, the waitress responded in a rude, cold, and dismissive tone, telling him he could not have it because of his age. Wow, I was impressed with the size of the rolls. We only got 5 rolls and took up an entire tray. Great flavor. The Philadelphia was my favorite. We will try less fried rolls next time. Having sushi all over the U.S, I can say this is priced very well and very good flavor compared to others. We found our new sushi place in Indiana!
