We said we were all good and waiting for our family inside. Flash forward two minutes later a gentleman comes out and asked us if we okay. We gave the same answer we had just given, "all good." This response seemed to confuse him. He asked us what we meant by "all good." His tone was both combative and accusatory. He continued in a threatening tone, "I dont know what all good means."
