I went to this Taco Bell because my usual started to skimp hard. So I made the drive to this location thinking it might be different. Nope, it is no different. I love the potato tacos, but each taco had 4-5 pieces of potato in it. Half the bites were just plain tortilla. It’s just ridiculous. It’s like a game to these franchisees so see how little they can fill their menu items. My loaded potato griller was flatter than my iPhone (see pic). Like how does the franchise owner think this is appropriate to serve. Like cmon bro

Overall below average Taco Bell food wise. It’s clean and staff is usually nice but the food is ALWAYS either wrong or you miss items. Don’t DARE order anything with potatoes in it, you will get burnt pieces that will chip a tooth lol.

I try to love this place. I keep going back. My order is never right in the drive through. Every single time. It's right on the screen, and I pay for it all. But when I get the bag 2 or 3 things are missing. It's hard to check everything in the line, with a big order for a 5 people.

Could I make a suggestion. Please place the hours of operation for the lobby at the front door and online… I also felt that it was inconsiderate for the drive thru to only be open for dashers after a certain time while prepared orders are piling up at the front of the store. Especially since the drive-thru line is going very slow. As a dasher, you can see all the orders ready up front. But even when I knocked and asked if I could pickup my order a few minutes past closing lobby time, they said drive-thru only. Mind you, the associate was less than 5ft away from the “pick-up order” stand. Me
