The wraps were disgusting! Especially when I found a hair in one of them! The sauce isn't distributed evenly, the meat is so old and unhealthy, it was completely unbearable, a complete waste of money! They also forgot to add another burger, so we had to go back to the register to tell the staff that they'd forgotten to add one. They advertised the Spicy Honey Wrap for Valentine's Day, but when we tried it, there wasn't a single gram of honey in it! They just put in some Chinese sour-sweet sauce! It was completely different from what their ad said! I don't recommend this place.

Everytime I order from here I always ask for Extra onion and no pickles... tell me why EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET NO ONION AT ALL.. EVERY TIME. Both of my burgers were like this..... Its the closet to my house so convenient but its sad that I can never get my food how I want it. Also wanted to add that all of our orders of fries were mushy.

Ordered on DoorDash asked for no biscuits was given two biscuits no sausage , it’s already bad enough the dasher banged on the door waking everyone up startling them .. when I called the restaurant they said oh well you placed another order .. I DID AFTER IT WAS MISSING it’s always something with this McDonald’s

Was on that side of town nit my normal McDonald’s but was right there. Ordered two kids meals and neither got a toy and fries were cold. Can’t call because their phone stays busy. Tried calling the two numbers on the “how are we doing” neither answered or called back. I did submit a survey and this Google review. Check your order before you drive off because you’re paying for things you’re not getting. I got the automated response below, but no way to respond to that. When you go to the link, it just asks you to resubmit issue. And I filled a completely detailed complaint so I’m not sure what
