This KFC is completely understaffed. It was prime dinner time and they have three people working. One guy juggling orders for inside and drive-thru! I watched multiple customers walk out because it took so long (they told me 5 minutes, I waited 20!). Also, the chicken is completely moist, not even a little hint of fried crunch. Mashed potatoes and mac were the only good food we got.

Ordered on the app. Got to location with all doors locked. Went to the drive thru and was told to go to the front door, the food will be brought out to me. Sat at the front door for over 20 minutes and no one came out. Went back through the drive thru to find everyone on their phones not doing anything. Will never go back.

The guy working KFC hi was rude and crazy. Food was overcooked and burn also missing side 3 item. THE MANAGER SAID HI Don't care. I was shocking!!! Do not order this location
