Generally this location is one of the best in the city. The last two times we have been there they have been lacking a lot as well as not getting food correct! We eat at rallys a LOT so this was definatly discouraging. Hope it gets better!

Went thru the drive thru on Sunday March 22nd around 7pm. I wish I knew the names of the cook and cashier because I wanted to acknowledge them personally on how great my food was. Order was correct and everything was piping hot. Order taker/cashier was very friendly and efficient. Shout-out to the Sunday evening crew - you guys are great!!

Where do I even begin…it first started with is what I consider the most ridiculous part of the ordeal which is the guy at the window said they were out of the flat breads my gf ordered then proceeded to say never mind just to find out later without asking us or giving us options he gave her a single patty chicken sandwich instead which is over $2 less value, the nastiest soggiest fries I’ve ever had in my entire life, Burgers came out a sloppy barely warm mess that I couldn’t even finish and all of it for a very reasonable $50! Yeah never ever coming back and I’d suggest unless you want to pay

My food was cold. like they left it outside on the concrete, cold. your app says your stores are all closed when they're not. The lights are never on. I waited 10 straight minutes to even pick up my food, that is cold. I fully expect to get sick from eating this probably. never again. fire everybody in that "store". scrolling through your reviews I can see this has been going on for at minimum a year. you need to fix this. late night options are almost extinct in this town, you don't need lazy people to add to the problem. The guy that handed me my food was nice enough, but that doesn't excus
