1st time dining at Chuy's. We ate at the downtown Fort Worth 7th St location around 4pm. There was no wait. Loved the atmosphere and the decorations! Their mascot is a dog. There are several pics of different dogs on the walls. The food was delicious. Very flavorful and reasonable with large portions. The fresh tortillas are made in-house and a nice selection of sauces. Loved the creamy jalapeño ranch. We had the burrito, chicken fajita, and the chuychanga dinners. The staff were friendly. Special shout out to the hostess that helped us with the t-shirts. Chuy's-Fort Worth is a great restaurant to drop in for a bite. This location is perfect if you're downtown with easy in and out access. There's a huge parking lot across the street so no worries with trying to park. The wait staff is responsive, courteous and attentive which adds to the dining experience. If it's your first time here I would recommend Emir, the dude did a great job! As for entrees, there are so many delicious dishes to chose from. I would recommend the Boom Boom Enchiladas, and then come back and work your way through the menu.

I stopped by the Chuy's on West 7th and it’s still the same vibrant, kitschy spot I remember. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate their flexibility; the veggie enchiladas with blue corn tortillas are a solid go-to, especially when paired with the Boom-Boom sauce for a little kick. First time customer. Nice atmosphere warm greeting, friendly staff and good drinks. I ordered a total of 4 ground beef tacos and am order of French Fries. I sat at the bar and had a Rita while waiting for my food which took about 20 minutes. French Fries were room temperature almost cold. I received one taco with a broken shell with barely any ground beef in it. The other taco was edible still very little meat. The third shell was completely empty and there was no fourth taco at all!! Can you say HUGE disappointment as I was craving a hard shell ground beef taco ~ it took about 45 minutes to f
