Been awhile since we've been to a Carl's / Hardee's. The price increase is shocking. $34 for two combo meals. Well beyond anything we remember from the last 5 years. Service was great once you get past the AI ordering system. Food was surprisingly good, on par with Five Guy's. We wouldn't go again purely cause of the value proposition, but if there's a good enough deal we could be persuaded

Pulled up the drive through with zero line and it took almost 10 minutes to order because they were using an AI to take the orders and it tried 3 times before giving us a live person for whom I had to then repeat everything a 4th time. I will never be eating at Carl's Jr again for this alone. Then when we got our 3 meals totalling $58 (dear God when did junk fast food get so stupid expensive) the fish sandwich was the only good one. The burger was just meh and the grilled chicken club had so much mayo on it that I didn't eat the rest after only 2 bites. It was literally oozing off the sandwich

I had food poisoning after having a burger from here. I suspect that the veggies might be the problem as my husband ordered one without veggies and he was fine. All staffs were friendly but food was not. The fries also had bitter taste and awful. Will not come back here again. I'm scared.

I went here at night to grab a burger on a Saturday, and I was worried it was closed because it was dark and empty. A woman working there was very friendly to me, fun and smiled. She was very attentive and kind! I felt very good ordering from her at the drive thru. That's great customer service! After, I went inside to grab a chocolate shake and again, she was very kind and welcoming. I will order here again if I'm around the area.
