We really enjoyed this place! Everything we ordered was delicious. We got a couple boards, salad, sandwiches, soup, and everything we would get again. Customer Service was great! We were a family of four adults and two children, and they put us kind of in a private room, which was very much appreciated.

Although this was recommended as a “must go”, I will not be returning. It was a cozy space, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly waitstaff. Menu is eclectic, with something for all tastes. So, to start, the coffee was possibly the worst tasting I’ve had in many years. It was cheerfully replaced by acceptable, but not great, cups. For breakfast, my garden omelette had a slightly peculiar odor, and there was nothing holding it together-a few scattered pieces of feta, and kale stem pieces along with mushroom and tomato completed the tasteless concoction. Franklin location, party of 3. Good omelette, albeit rather cool. The breakfast board was skimpy for the price. The sourdough bread was rather old. Even for the brunch culture in downtown Franklin, service was very slow; even patrons who ordered pastries had to wait 20 minutes or more. This restaurant was much better 15 years ago. I suggest First Watch for breakfast/brunch, with wider choices and faster service, although the ambience would not be the same.
