It was Mother's Day, so it was busy, but we were seated quickly, our waitress was amazing. She was very accurate on our large order, she was attentive, and she was fast. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful name, I believe it was Marianna or something like that, we left our receipt there but wanted to acknowledge her. I even told the manager how amazing and nice she was. Our food was hot, delicious, and fast & I definitely recommend this IHOP.

The food never disappoints — we went with the country fried steak this time, and it hit the spot, especially paired with the new endless pancakes. usually IHOP's are a hit or miss but we just moved down the street from here and decided to give it a try. they did not disappoint. food came out quickly and was pretty good. prices are good and service was good. will be coming back for sure.
