Very, very upsetting. The last dozen or so times, I've ordered a smoothie here each time I get one, it's never filled up. They fill it 75-80%. Just look at this one I got today, it's 80% full. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If I'm going to be paying $4-$5 dollars for a smoothie, it should be filled up. Again, this has happened the last dozen times I've ordered one from here. GM if you see this please talk to your employees about filling up the smoothie cups. This should not be a regular, ongoing thing especially when customers are paying nearly $5 for it!!

Just regular cheese burger and Coke, but you can sure tell when the burger is freshly cooked! The meat was moist, the cheese was melty like it should be and the bun was soft and warm. The staff was friendly and I would have rounded up had I been asked. Maybe the staff gets tired of asking only to get an eye-roll and told no. The Ronald MacDonald house is one of the very few charities I donate to. You know it's real, most of us have seen one, or know someone it's touched. Give your change up Guys. You'll never miss it. But there's a kid out there who will be glad you did.

Wouldnt order here, one of my fries had a mustache hair clump embedded in it. Comfortable environment and no problems otherwise but didn't feel like finishing my food after seeing that. Im gonna remove this review once its seen just need yall to know at this restaurant make sure you got your hair nets on or whatever and shave if you got loose facial hair please. Dont let the fries sit out too long or stuff like that will happen even if its an accident its really narsty. It was just the one fry though so good food otherwise besides the fries I liked the mocha frappe

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. My daughter was given the wrong order and charged for it. When she returned to correct the mistake, the staff took back the food and attempted to charge her again. She was made to feel like an inconvenience for requesting that the error be fixed. Unfortunately, the order was still incorrect after being remade. When I called to discuss the issue, I was transferred between managers without any meaningful resolution. I hope management takes steps to improve both accuracy and customer service moving forward.
