Waited about an hour in line for some reason...why the hell it takes so long to take orders and prepare the orders it took about 10 to 15 minutes per car to move..this is not except able..I placedy order on the app and can't get a refund unless the store approves it but no one answers the phone or to tell the for a refund so I can go somewhere else...what's the reason for such a long wait...

I bought a cookie tote from here the other day. And while most people may not do this, when I got home, I decided to eat the cookies under a bright light. When i examined each closely more than half (at least 5-6) each had some type of hair particle on the surface top of the cookie. It wasn't like some long strand of hair, but the fact that I was able to pull the cookie up close to the light and examine it, (REALLY EXAMINE IT)--and the only reason I did this was because I had eaten at mcdonalds earlier in the week and got a slight cough soon after. Drive thru had a hard time understanding my order and then they still got it wrong. Didn't check my order until I was on freeway, to late to turn back. Was craving a double filet of fish, paid for double, got a single.

Ordered on doordash when I was staying out in Fresno last week and the food was bomb. 10/10 no complaints. It arrived promptly, hot and fresh. Soda was filled to the top. Thankyou Fresno McDonald's Divisadro !
