This review would be a 0 but i have no other lower choices than 1 star. We pulled up to the drive through hoping to enjoy a late night treat at about 10 pm exactly because the website said they close at 11 pm. We got to the drive through spot to order and the worker said through the machine they are closed and to pull up to the window so he could explain. We were very confused because he had just served the car in front of us. We pulled up to the window and he said that they were closed. We said Yalls website says you close at 11, and if yall are closed then why did you serve the car in front

DQ Friendswood does not honor the DQ deals advertised. Current $7.00 meals until 4pm everyday. Drove in and requested a $7 meal and informed they do not have the special. Got a reply from DQ Friendswood asking me to contact them through their web address. I prefer to use this method. To make my self clear which I believe I’ve already did without a proper response. DQ Friendswood does not honor the DQ specials advertised on your local television stations. One current add is $7 meals between 10:30 and 4 PM. I went and pick up a doordash order and I went ahead and ordered myself a blizzard while I was waiting. Tesla waited on me and she was so kind and courteous and prompt. You need more like her!

You would think you’re buying fresh cooked fast food for what we are paying for it these days but no. This patty must have been made at 11am today. And their ice cream isn’t at the right temp it melting the moment they hand it to you, probably to save on their electricity bill. Staff doesn’t care and friendswood deserves better. This location is awful.
