This is the most unclean place with poor customer service. When you enter no one is there to greet you at the register so you have to call out for someone, look for someone or just stand there & wait. I have observed homeless individuals entering & taking a cup from behind the counter since no one is readily available. The dining area is unkept. I complained about the fountain drinks as the lemonade dispenser was cloudy as you can see in the photo for the empty pomegranate dispenser. When inquired I was told they had no more of that beverage & not expected until the following week. They remove

I don’t see how this location has a four star review average on here but yet a 2.4 on Yelp, that I understand. Just came from there only to realize now that I’m home they gave me the right receipt but a completely different sandwich. I don’t even know why I bother going to this place. The service has always been horrible and the girl at the window today not sure what her name is because it’s not on the guest receipt but whoever was there at the window today on June 12 at 8:50 AM either needs more training or needs to get out of there. I probably will just stay away from coming here ever again.

Walked in mid morning to a light crowd. We were welcomed by an elderly man behind the counter. Ordered our food and went to sit down. Noticed many tables were dirty, had crumbs all over even on the floor and needed to be wiped down. Went to use the restrooms and they needed a bit of tidying up. There was toilet paper all on the floor. Not very impressed. An older lady brought our food. But my almond croissant was missing. She claimed I didn't order one. I stopped going to panera 2 years ago after a bad experience. Today I tried giving the location another chance. First, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I asked if I could have a moment to review the menu. The lady running the drive thru made it obvious it perturbed her and begin rushing me along. After placing my order I pulled up to the window and paid. The person running the drive thru Brianna switched places with another employee. I waited approximately 5min and when the new employee went to bring me my food she dropped the bag. She opened the window and said only one sandwich fell
