I had an excellent experience at this Raising Cane’s location on West Bay Area Boulevard. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Yazlyn at the front went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I mentioned that during a previous visit I experienced some discomfort from the sodium content, and without hesitation she offered to have my fries made without salt. They turned out fantastic! I was also looking for a little spice, and Mana suggested adding hot sauce packets to my meal. It was a great recommendation and paired perfectly

Usually Cane’s is really good with good service. But, tonight there was lemonade on TOP of the lid so it spilled all over me. Lemonade was unusually terrible. Also these are the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE! I guess next time I’ll open everything up before I drive off.

I found hair in my food at your establishment today. Once I discovered it, I contacted the manager. He offered another cane's sauce. I tried contacting their consumer resource contact and both forms of contacts were not working. No one ever wants to find someone 's hair in their food. How unsanitary and disgusting is that🤮Do better!!!! Definitely won't be back!!! Zero rating!!!

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff and manager(Monique). The lettuce on my sandwich wasn’t edible. I went to speak with a manager to show her what I had received, and she said what a piece of lettuce if you look at the video, this is completely wilted soaking wet when I picked it up.
