First time here and first time try coffee bean. A treat from a friend. They greet us when we come in. Since its my first time so its take time for me to look at the menu. He ask if we are ready and we said not yet. He wait and after couple minutes, my friend asked about some drink. He explain it. She order drink with matcha ( i dont remember what is call ) its pretty good. I order coffee with brown sugar. For me its a bit to sweet. I forgot to tell them less sweet. Overall everything is good. Bad thing is too many homeless outside ( at that time ).

I’m so glad I’m not a caffeine or coffee addict because, honestly, the drinks just weren’t for me. I ordered two coffees because the pictures made them look really tasty, but… nah. Definitely not my thing That said, the service was quick, and my order was ready before I even arrived, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad spot—just not the place for someone who doesn’t enjoy the taste of coffee.

I dont usually go to CB&TL but i was in the area and decided to use my gift card from Christmas. I walk in because there is no drive thru at this location. It was completely empty of customers. There were two gals and a fellow working behind the counter. I walk up and not even a greeting from the young lady who positioned herself in front of the register. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this particular location. I have been a regular customer here for quite some time and typically visit 3–4 times a week, often spending over $200 a month on coffee for my family. About two weeks ago, I came in as I normally do and had three coupons—one for myself, one from my boyfriend, and one from my daughter.
