I always order from this location since it's close to my house, and it's always good. I never had a complaint until today. I don't know if the night shift is different, but today they decided to call these things buffalo wings. Shame on the new staff or new manager 😕 by the way my order was more than $35.00 dollars so I expected better 😢😪

I ordered the stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce. I went in and got it, and when I opened it, I saw it wasn't the pretzel crust at all. I went back in to tell them and have them fix it, but they insisted it was the pretzel crust. I pointed out how it looked on their pictures compared to what I got, and they said there's no way for them to make it look like a pretzel like that, despite me having the same pizza at other little Ceasars around that look exactly as advertised. Im not leaving any stars bc they don't deserve any stars!!! I called my order in they told me it would be 15 minutes get there and they never put my order in the system. I get there no order to be found. Manager was rude never came up to find out what was going on. This isn't the first time this has happened!!! I know this location is constantly having staff shortage!!!! But after today idk if i will be going back there!!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order online at 5:06 witha pick up time of 5:22. I arrived at 5:19 and was told my order wasn't ready...that it was in the oven. I asked at 4:45 about my order. The counter guy asked me again my name and then how I ordered. He said it had been ready the whole time and he was sorry. Very frustrating.
