McDonald's is making a big mistake. You order from the Kiosk, you get a receipt with a number. You also enter a table number to set on your table. They never actually deliver the food to your table. You never know if they will hollor out your receipt number or the table number. During peak times I've had my food sitting on the counter for 10 minutes waiting to hear my number called. But it wasn't the table number. It was the receipt. At other times it is the table number. So now you have to listen for two numbers, and they only yell it once. We stopped in for breakfast and had a standard McDonald's experience. The food was great and the service was efficient and friendly. Everything was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of parking and a great location. We will be back for breakfast tomorrow!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this McDonald’s. I pulled up to the drive-thru and opened the app to use my rewards, which took less than two minutes. Instead of being patient or understanding, the employee repeatedly rushed me, told me to “hurry up” because people were behind me, and then told me to pull out of line and come back. When I politely declined, I was told to leave because I was “holding up the line.” The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I don't know why I keep coming here It never gets any better and it's always terrible. The food is either stale or no one wants to help you. The app always has a problem and no one at the building cares. The employees in the manager I just dealt with do not care about customer service whatsoever. Problem solved, I'm just not coming back. I know these people work at McDonald's but it's still a job working with the public and that's what you signed up for when you got the job.
