Very unprofessional, both employees were on their phones and didn't say anything we grabbed our order and sat down. The food was just disappointing. Way to much water on the lettuce, it made the meat soggy so it tasted like burnt soggy burger. The other meal i got was suppose to be Toast Brisket Frisco and it wasn't even close. Asking them to fix it wasn't worth I was afraid they would have done something worse. Their phones seem more of their priority

I called in to place two orders, a large breakfast order, 450 biscuit sandwiches, for a work saftey event, not only were they able to accommodate the order, the manager said she and her crew were excited to fill out order. Well, today I picked up the breakfast, it was ready a few minutes early and they were all smiles, and then the Hardee's team members helped load all the boxes into my vehicle. The sandwiches were a hit, everyone said they great, as always. I returned late today to pick up the second order of 120 cheeseburgers, for our evening shift crew. They had just finished loading them

Absolutely terrible customer service and food prep, the lady working at 12pm on 11/1/25 at food window, putting tg orders behind register cut off the gentlemen taking me and my fathers order, in the most impolite way and proceeded to asking whether the food was for dine-in or take out, as well as taking in the fact we hadn’t even finished placing our order to clarify to the gentlemen whether it was Takeout or dine-in. Then after we told him and her, very confused for the disrespect and carless unneeded response before hand because the gentlemen’s at register putting order in was capable of cl

Their service was terrible. I ordered, and waited till all 10 people behind me got their food and left, then had to flag someone down to ask where is my food. The order was wrong, and the worker argued with me about how it was not wrong. The fries were cold. Then as I walked away the employee mouthed about me under their breath. The manager took my order, but would not come back out to help with anything. This was a very disappointing experience. Then on top of all of that, the food was slapped together and tasted terrible.
