Layhla went above and beyond to help out and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and amazing customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and keeps things running smoothly. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Keep up the great work!

Great concept and the atmosphere is awesome! However, I feel that the level of service needs to be fixed and less gossiping and more working to get the line going! With the drinks, I feel that it's a hit and miss day to day! Wish the drinks are consistent everyday and on busy days it takes what feels like forever just to get a drink by the slowness. Compared to other locations I've been to recently, I feel this location needs a lot of work and better staff to make this place great! I feel that they also need more training on making drinks consistent daily! This location has a lot of potential

Came at 10:07 and all the blenders were already cleaned so we couldn’t order anything blended. They also said we couldn’t order any hot drinks so we could only get iced drinks… I don’t see the point in being open late when all the drinks won’t even be available. Not worth it in my opinion, the drink I did end up ordering was supposed to have cold foam and had less than 1cm of cold foam. I’m a barista myself and honestly I’m kind of impressed at how little cold foam they put on my drink because it seemed hard to put that small of a drop lol
