This BK in Garner is located on Integrity drive but the employees seemingly lack integrity.. I called and brought it to the managers attention that I received the wrong order. They did admit their mistake.. they said “we gave your order to the car in front of you” but they promised they would call me back a couple different times to process a refund but they never did

I'm a regular Burger King customer and eat at different locations, but at this place I ordered a double whopper combo to eat there. The girl packed it for takeout and got angry and threw it on the tray when I told her it wasn't for takeout. Burger King needs to pay attention to its employees; if they hate working there, they should be fired.

Stopped and got my husband some food as he was working a double shift on 5/28 at 6:31pm. I ordered a Double Whopper meal. Well my husband let me know I didn’t bring him a double whopper. But the receipt showed I ordered a Double whopper meal. The guy at the window also stated a double whopper meal. So beware & check out what you receive from this location cause they charge you for something & give you something you didn’t pay for.

Great experience! The drive thru went fast. The whopper was very good, the ingredients were not just thrown on top of each other. The tomatoes were fresh and ripe. The burger cane out as ordered.
