Tonight we stopped at one of our local fast food restaurant here in white oak, and once again the food at Wendy’s is recooked not fresh to order. We ordered through drive thru and asked for our chicken to be fresh meaning not taken from under the light and thrown back in the grease/fryer. A waste of $15. Unacceptable and extremely disgusting. Rather through the meal out fries included than eat and finish this. Money wasted.

What I ordered vs what I got. The first time I got the Frosty it was all chocolate, and I took it back and asked for the Oreo brownie fusion that I had originally ordered. When I got it back, it looked like this. 😐 I wasn’t going to send it back again. Last week I came here and ordered the chili and it had zero meat in it. I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but it’s not good. Drive-thru around 4:00.

I visited the wendys in white oak and received all old food and it was disgusting I couldnt even do a survey because they wouldn't give me a receipt or the store number. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget with a baked potato. The nuggets were cold and old and the baked potato was hard which is surprising they would even sell it considering they have to open it and can physically feel how hard it was. It is burnt from sitting under the heat so long and not being rotated out adhering to the food holding times. I am extremely disappointed and will be visiting them for a full refund tomorrow. Make sure you get your change back! Our food was $22.06 gave them $25.00 No Receipt was given. Went inside manager was snotty , said no receipt no money back! Food is expensive as it is, I guess the Multi Million Dollar Comp. needed our $ 2.94. more then we did. Also my hamburger was cold inside and the Fr Fries were old and barely warm. Wont be going there again. Dont need to pay for cold food and then to get ripped off!
