Just. Came into this Taco Bell 02/17/26 Girl laughed about how they ain’t feel like making tea. Then she gives me a drink w no ice ice manager closes window n my face acts like im bothering her. This happened between 950pm-10pm yall need a better crew came here for yrs never had a problem until now

Too upset... You stopped by riding through the city that you don't live in because you want to go ahead and eat before you get home. You think you're going to just order your food on app get your food at the window and go on about your business. However that was not the case. I set for 20 minutes waiting on food I ordered in the app. Just for me to pull off wondering where the rest of the food that was supposed to be in these tortillas went. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a beefy 5-layer burrito. I got back on the highway and was just mad headed to Charlotte at 10:20 pm but you close at

Have used the drive thru here many times. Normally pretty fast but today it was kinda slow. There menu seems to change very often, this to include combo numbers. Makes it hard that the menu is directly at the order speaker, you have no time to really look the menu over before having to place your order. Doesn't stop me from going though.

This is one place I cannot wait for the AI robots to replace the workers so I can actually get some good service! Every time. Super long to cook because the workers are busy talking on the phone, clowning around, anything but preparing the food. Is a requirement to get a job here, lack of care, speed, or customer service? Why does it take 20 minutes to get to value menu items when I’m the only one in the restaurant?
