3 stars for 3 reasons 1. My grilled chicken came out fresh and it was pretty good. Best waffle fries hands down. 2. The place is quite clean. 3. The staff are always nice. Minus 2 stars for 2 reasons 1. Food nearly took 10 mins to come out. See a lot of workers huddled around the cashier talking but doesn’t seem productive. No way it should take that long. 2. Hot water while washing hands! It’s pretty hot! They have even have a warning sign.

I ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich from the Germantown Town Center location at 19945 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD 20874. The sandwich did not meet the quality standard I expect from Chick-fil-A. The overall balance of the sandwich was broken. Instead of tasting fresh, complete, and well-made, it tasted mostly salty, heavy, and one-dimensional. The photos show the issue clearly. The sandwich appeared poorly assembled, the bun looked cracked and compressed, the cheese and ingredients were unevenly placed, and the tomato portion was extremely thin and visually insignificant. I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a positive atmosphere. It's clear that the team takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Every visit reminds me why Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat. Highly recommend!

Incorrect order every time. The store representative told my delivery driver that the “drink was in the bag”…my large lemonade…??? They only sent the straw and food. She also put the incorrect condiments. The receipt clearly say strawberry jelly and she pull all grape. The Gaithersburg location has more consistent and quality service.
