Maybe it’s better dine-in, but takeout was rough. The omelet was flat and barely filled, the avocado slices looked like they were added five seconds before closing the lid, and the potatoes were cold. For those prices, I expected fresh and filling, not sad and skimpy.

I entered the restaurant and the moment I sat down, an employee was digging a knife into the floor to clean it out so we moved to another table. We waited about 10 minutes until we got our food. I started eating my Spinach and Mushroom Omelette until I cut up the eggs and found a ladybug IN my omelette. I got my omelette replaced and I was INCREDIBLY disgusted. The waiter tried to reassure me that it probably was from the atmosphere or that it just fell into the food but it was found inside the omelette. Isabela customer service was exceptional, we usually don’t have the best service when we come but hers was so amazing , that even my 11 year old daughter noticed it and said something to me. And I made sure to let her know that I appreciated her service. Amazing job

Flavia made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. She was attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks filled, and made sure our food came out right and on time. Friendly attitude, great communication, and excellent customer service — definitely one of the better IHOP experiences I’ve had.
