Congratulations, In all of my 47 years on earth, I’ve never sat in a drive-through line (With five cars in it by the way) - For 32 minutes. Yes, 32 minutes.. I was in a hurry. I came to get a quick meal and now I’m going to get to my destination at 1 AM instead of 12:30 AM because I chose to stop here.. At least get my food, right… Right? Wrong. I get to the drive-through window and the lady has a nerve to give me some crap about not ordering a Coke. I ordered a Value- meal, like give me my drink, please! I asked her if she put honey and barbecue sauce in my bag for my nuggets. She says ye

In August 2025, we stopped at the McDonald's in Gillette, Wyoming. We did an early morning hike at the Devils Tower National Monument, about 50 miles away, and it was great to have some refreshing McDonald's breakfast food afterwards. This McDonald's restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food tasted delicious. Thank you, McDonald's of Gillette, Wyoming, for providing a pleasant breakfast experience.

I frequent this McDonald's as it's near my house and I have never had such problems I normally try to order fresh food so im prepared for the extra wait but today I had to wait and then received old and dry chicken and no chicken nuggets when I went back to the store the manager was very rude and instead of just accepting the mistake she instead tried to tell me that I was lying to her and was extremely rude and disrespectful and when I got home with the the correct and fresh food it's was hot but just as dry as before like refried it and then also got dry nuggets as well it's very disappointi

I’ve had terrible experiences at this McDonald’s’s I’ve ordered from them and it came an hour late with my ice cream melted and my food cold and I literally live around a mile away what kind of terrible service do you guys have and another time I tried to get a delivery and the guy hung up on me so I called back and he said they don’t do delivery which I know for a fact they do and the guy said they don’t do deliveries and said if I called back he was going to call the police. Very terrible service would not recommend my worst enemy to eat at this terrible establishment
