I was practically born in Gilroy ‼️ I’ve been gone for 15 long years but as I returned to visit my family. I knew I had to stop by and grab the all famous tacos from jack in the box boy did I miss you dearly 😭 This place NEVER DISAPPOINTS 👍 🤫 I missed you more than my family 🤫 There is no jack in the box in the east coast so you can imagine where I made my very first stop… Enough said All I can really say Team JACK you are the best ‼️ keep up the great work. Just to set the record straight I left Gilroy back in 1989 so in my most recent visit May 2026 I’m still one satisfied loyal customer

Hello, I am a dasher and today, August 12th, at almost noon, I received two orders from this store. I went to the store. Upon arrival, I approached the counter where the service was terrible from the beginning. They can see you but they ignore you and serve you when they want. The service has been terrible since I picked up at this establishment. However, today the person who served me was rude and arrogant. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service in a polite manner and she answered in a grotesque manner. She replied that I should cancel my orders because she was not going to deliver a

This place sucks. I've been there around twenty times and half the time I've ordered a fresh cooked chicken sandwich and over half of those times I got a luke-warm one. When I return it to the counter, I've had the manager on duty lie, dispute it and argue with me. The franchise owner needs to train their staff a little more. Trying to save food costs by serving semi-hot food ain't gonna cut it for repeat business.
