I just ordered dinner for my family. The service was not good. The guy that was training kept laughing at me through the intercom and could not get the order wrong. Then when I got home the order was wrong and the food had been cold. I realized it too late to go back. One burger even tasted like the meat was old and had gone bad and we had to throw it out. Not impressed at all with this Wendys.

Was given a small amount of fries with about 1/2 of them bad. Had to ask for a replacement & was given better. Music & temperature was both ok. $6 bag is good value. Enough employees were working.

I ordered $15 worth of food from this location and they will not even give me one sauce. They proceed to tell me that I have to pay for any sauce that I want that corporate has told them they cannot give out any sauces for free so I was charged $.54 for two honey mustard after paying $15 for my meal a three sandwich sandwiches fries drinks all kinds of stuff and I can’t get a single sauce for free. What a joke $1 million corporation and you can’t give out a sauce with your meal. The lady that took my order and Charged me $.54 for my honey mustard was Lingling. I feel at the end of the day. Sh

when going to wendy's horrible service and seem to be getting worse every time. the manager when going argued that my fries was filled and only had a half box. stated that they were filled and fell in the bottom of the bag. they smash all of my food in one bag so nothing could fall to the bottom of the bag if they tried to. the baconator doesnt even look like a baconator anymore you cant even tell bacon is on it unless you go look for it. there was no cars there at all and was still asked to pull forward to wait on fresh meat. when pulling up the manager came outside and ask me to pull
