We wanted to try this place out as it was on the in-kind app and we had some money to spend. We were both excited to find what we hoped was a good burger place in town. The set up is quite neat and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Despite many servers, service was adequate as our waitress was really nowhere to be found. Once our food was delivered. The Good: The atmosphere was pleasant, wait staff were friendly, wait for the food was not long. The Meh: The actual food itself was just meh at best. The burger was last okay. A little dry without much taste. I was really looking forward to the strawberry shake and, for an $11 shake i was expecting it to be amazing. It was not. I could barely get through half of it. I'm not sure if it was spoiled or that's how it was supposed to taste but it wasn't very strawberry and just tasted gross. The free popcorn and the fries were the best part of the meal. We were craving a really good burger for dinner and decided to try this place, and it did not disappoint. The burgers were juicy with fresh toppings, the fries were great, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy. Friendly service made the whole experience even better.

Bareburger in Glastonbury, CT has a wonderful looking location. Service was really friendly and talkative. Very clean inside. However the hamburgers are OK, good, nothing really to rave about. Adding to that, it's $19 (nineteen?!?) for a double hamburger. At that price point it should be beyond amazing. I'd say it's worth a visit to see what you think to pay a premium price for not so premium burger.
