Stopped for a quick coffee while being on a road trip. My Americano was fine enough, nothing special, regular hot coffee. Also tried orange scone and blubbery muffin, both were delicious. Service was excellent, quick, and friendly.

I belong to the sip club and order drinks all over the country when I travel. At this particular Panera when I ordered my coffee with cream and Splenda on my app, Ian in the drive thru added the cream, but not the Splenda. I questioned him about this and he said they don't add Splenda. However, they added cream, so I don't see why I didn't have my drink prepared as ordered. I let him know this and I also let him know that I checked online for the procedures at Panera and yes, in fact they do add Splenda upon request, which is how it was ordered in the app. The Splenda packets were added in my

OH MY GOODNESS NO WONDER THIS FRANCHISE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ... THE KID AT THE WINDOW GAVE ME MILK IN A SMALL ROUNG LITTLE CARD SOUP BOWL AFTER I HAD ASKED HIM FOR A CUP OF COFFEE WITH MILK ... THE BAGELS WERE JUST THROWN IN A BROWN PAPER BAG, LIKE TRASH !!! AND THE BAGELS WERE NOT COMPLETELY DONE .... THE DOUGH WAS STILL FRESH AND THE BILL WAS $11.56 .... CLEARLY NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GOING BACK ... NO WONDER THERE WAS NO LINE AT THE DRIVE THRU !!!! AT OUR LOCAL DUNKIN YOU HAVE A DRIVR THRU THAT GOES OUT INTO THE STREET !!!! AND THEIR SERVICE .... WOW ... AMAZING !!!!
