I never really wrote a review for Panera at the Glen Ellyn location before. This is my first time. Please look at the pictures that I attached. First picture was from September 30th 2025 and the second one from 1/13/2026. Do you eat burnt food? Moreover, eating burnt food can increase the risk of cancer. I called Panera customer service so many times. Those pictures just some of the bad experiences. So, a week later after each phone call, when I went back again my soufflé didn’t burn, so they seemed to do a better job. Well, here is the problem...the soufflé got better after the feedback. Th

I like to do the pick 2. I love their Autumn Squash soup, Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, and Broccoli cheddar soup. I pair it with the Turkey Bravo sandwich or Strawberry Poppyseed salad (Seasonal.) I tried the Creme Brulee Iced Latte today and it was good. It wasn't too sweet. I also enjoy their iced green tea flavors and frozen mocha drinks. The one is Glen Ellyn was super busy today and we had to wait awhile for our food. It's best to order ahead of you're getting it to go.

I like Panera bread where you can sit and talk or do work for hours without interruptions . It has self-ordering kiosks which is very helpful. My name is called when the order is ready and I go to the window and pick up my food. I like the layout where you have more privacy and it's not too loud. Service is decent but it can get busy sometimes. There is plenty of parking.

Never had this experience here before. I usually have a good experience here but not this time. My husband and I ordered the toasted Fortega chicken sandwich and tried to eat it at night and it was so salty we both could not finish the sandwiches. Please stop pouring the salt Shaker on these sandwiches. There are tons of people that have high blood pressure and cannot have tons of salt. There are other spices that are not poisonous to ones health. We both could not finish the sandwiches and probably will never be back. Ridiculously salty!
