This was my first time at this location and definitely my last. I placed my order online and have attached a copy of my receipt in the photos. The food quality was very poor; I was expecting something much better. Customer service was not helpful at all. The waiting time was acceptable, about 15–20 minutes, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.

I take care of my elderly parents.i went to this restrant at about 10:30 this morning they still had all there breakfast menus up so i asked the older lady there what time for lunch just to make sure.she looked me in the eye and said 12:00 i asked again to conferm it she said 12:00 so i left and went to mcdonalds and when i got back to there house she called them and the lady at hardees that awnsered told her 10:30 and basicly said i was lying thank hope you have a great day whoever you are very helpful

I have to stop and let you know how wonderful my experience was and always is at this location. The server that is at the drive-thru...Candi (I "think" is her name?) is truly one of the nicest and friendliest persons! I have worked retail and food service...and I KNOW that is is typically a thankless job. With all of the hateful in the world today...she sure does help bring a smile to your day. Good job. Hang on to her!

I ordered a frisco breakfast sandwich this morning. When I got to my destination and opened it, it was not on the expected sourdough bread. It was on a mostly stale bun. Needless to say, it was NOT good and ended up in the trashcan. If the usual bread wasn't available, I should have been given the option of choosing something else or cancelling my order. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this location, but it is the last.
