Clean restaurant. The 💯 grass-fed beef and fries on tallow tasted so much better than before. The self-service order is a little to get use to instead of waitresses but that's OK. The food order were cooked quickly and tasted great. #HAHA #steaknshake

Haven’t been to steak and shake for probably 15 years due to decline in the quality of the food and service. Grabbed lunch with the family today because we wanted to try the tallow fries and we were not disappointed! The fries were so flavorful and crispy! You can easily tell that the burger is grass finished, very beefy flavor. Milkshake was excellent. I applaud their continued effort to increase the quality of their food! I have to mention the service as well though. The man at the drive through window was very kind and courteous. The service was very fast as well! I don’t think it was more

After Covid, Steak ‘n Shake almost became all but nonexistent. It’s hard to find them but when you do, they do have a mean western steak burger, and the best fries in the area. Love it always a good price. The rewards program never seems to work so don’t bother but the food is well worth it.

Not one employee greeted me or spoke at all, and when they called out our order, I asked the person whose name they called, and they just stared at me until I repeated myself. The most unfriendly people there. I used to love Steak -n- Shake, but after today, not any more. You order your own food at the kiosk, you pick up your own food, and yet, when paying for your order, they want to know if you'd like to leave a tip..??
