I had a fantastic experience at the Jack-in-the-Box on Olive and 59th! The girls working the drive-through were amazing at customer service. One of them, who mentioned she’s due in March (congrats, mama!), went out of her way to recommend the barbecue sauce because it has a little spicy kick—great suggestion, by the way! She had such a positive attitude and was so friendly throughout the interaction. Bonus points: she’s a Sagittarius, which makes me like her even more! Thank you for the excellent service—it really made my night!

This location was remodeled, and a new staff. Lots of parking and well lit. Very clean and lots of seating. It's a rough area. However, they have pivoted to make it a nicer and safer place. They have very good team members, and they are always cleaning. Food is good and well priced. Easy menu and full soda machine of choices. Kid friendly. Highly recommended.

Drive thru manager was so unpleasant. I was ordering through the speaker and everytime I ordered something she would breath heavy and cut me off saying "is that all" as I pulled forward I asked her if she had the correct number of tacos on the receipt since the screen wasnt accurate she then said "Can you count? 2 plus 2 is 4" I let her know that was unprofessional and she said pull up to the side and closed the windows on me. I got out of the car and went inside I let her know there was no reason for her to be upset, I also explained to her that if she was having a bad day that I was sorry b

Very disappointed.. I was polite as I always am.. Girl at the drive thru was very unpleasant.. These are the tomatoes I received on my sourdough jack.. Large curly fries and got half a carton.. Asked for extra lettuce on my tacos and got pathetic tacos instead.. Very very poor quality all around..
