The level of laziness and sheer incompetence at this location is staggering. I placed an order and only received part of it. I then stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the rest, ignored by several staff members who walked right past me without a single word of acknowledgment. I literally had to yell just to get someone to recognize my existence. When an employee finally bothered to step up, I explained I was missing part of my order. Hi. If you want to have a good time with family, friends, or even on your own, I recommend this McDonald's. It's great for its food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, as well as its well-designed layout, easy-to-use ordering screen, and its convenient location in a nice area, perfect for pedestrians, drivers, or bus passengers. I also have a particularly fond memory of a cashier I love because of her incredible warmth and friendliness. She's always ready to help with any questions you might have, and she's incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Arrived at this location on Dec 10th, 2025 after visiting a different McDonalds (Wheaton) looking for the new Grinch happy meal. Both locations were out. This location however, was FILTHY. There were no clean tables, the floor had busted sauce packets and spilt liquids, so sticky. The drink station was a mess and the trash cans were all full. None of the workers acknowledged us as we walked in. Our meal came out in an appropriate amount of time , the fries were cold. Other than the cleanliness of this location, it seems like this is a prime location for teenagers and homeless people. The
