So my wife and I had stopped by here for dinner one evening which was last Wednesday to be exact and we had enjoyed are food and the whole experience for the most part or at least all the way up untill the moment the manager came into the store now this is our first time ever eating at a waffle house so we don't know for sure if he was a cook or boss but he sounded like a manager since he was giving orders, hopefully I'm wrong and he's not because he doesn't seem to know how to speak to another human being with respect. Drove out of our way off I-10 on our way back to FL from NOLA because of the Google Maps 4.5 star review—and I see why it’s so high. Friendly, quick and attentive staff, perfectly cooked bacon, and excellent sweet tea!!! Everyone was very happy with their food. Already decorated for Xmas. Women’s bathroom was very clean. Dividers up for COVID and most of the staff wore masks. Totally lived up to the mottos of “Good Food Fast” and “You’re always welcome back home.” Jukebox was set at the perfect volume to hear the music but not drone out conversation. Will remember and head back when nearby!

Last week we ate hear for the first time and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to make this location our official waffle house for now on, even though other waffle houses are more closer to our job on base we still prefer this store over any other just because of that awesome service we got from the young Hispanic girl that took great care of all our needs the whole time we were there. Her name was hard for me to remember but I'm pretty sure they were calling her lekanny, because of her awesome service we will be back again and will only drop in to eat if we see she's working other
