First time I vomited after eating because of food quality! Warning Vomit photo included! I was excited to try the new pretzel smasher it was dry and the sauce was nasty very bitter not the restaurants fault though they just push the products they don't design them however the restaurants fault lies solely in the hair cooked into my french toast stick and the mystery dirt in my cup! I noticed the hair on my french toast stick while dipping into the syrup and my stomach immediately started turning but after FINISHING my drink and opening the top to chew the famous ice I notice a long piece of wh

Very pleasant staff and fast service, but... boy was the food disapppointing.. the crispy chicken sandwich is tiny, it was overcooked and barely any lettuce or mayo. The burger had good flavor but same problem with nonexistent lettuce and mayo. The onion rings were a joke. I'm not sure who looks at those and thinks it's acceptable to serve them to a customer. The only good thing we got was a chili cheese hotdog. We'll spend our money somewhere else next time.

They mess up my order every time I go to this location! I asked for no pickles and it seems like they gave me extra pickles. Not to mention they do not put eating utensils in the bag like napkins or straws. I don’t see how it’s that hard to get an order right!! At this point I will not return and I will bring my business and my money elsewhere!

It’s the people!! I don’t know how they do the hiring over here, but this Sonics has the best employees hands down!! Give these people a rise please!!! Every time I go there (which might be often 🫣😬) I am greeted with large smiles fabulous customer service! They are even nice when their machines done work and they have to work harder and I can’t figure out how to tip.
